Your Initial Visit

At your first visit you will receive a comprehensive health history and exam in your home with a Nurse Practitioner, via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform, lab work to rule out underlying conditions, diet and exercise counseling and begin your plan.

Diet Counselling

We will create a customized lifestyle diet to help you make sustainable changes in the way you eat. This is not deprivation, it’s adaptation!

Exercise Plan

We will help ease you into a routine that works for your life.

Medication

Sometimes we need another tool to jump-start your results. We have options to meet your needs including Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy and more.

These are glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) that target areas of the Brain that regulate food intake and appetite. They are once weekly subcutaneous injections that you can do at home. At this time, we do not offer the compounded versions of these medications.

We will send a prescription to your pharmacy of choice that you have verified has the medication in stock.

Please ensure to verify your insurance coverage and that your preferred Pharmacy has the medication in stock prior to scheduling the appt. No refunds will be offered for out of stock medications or issues with insurance coverage.

This isn’t a one-and-done visit. We want to maximize your results and will build a follow-up schedule based on your treatment and progress.

How does this work?

A Provider will interface with you via video/audio. They will complete a comprehensive history and assessment, and develop a plan of care that may include treatment and follow up as needed. If you qualify for medications, we will send a prescription to your pharmacy of choice that you have verified has the medication in stock.

Please ensure to verify your insurance coverage/out of pocket cost, and that your preferred Pharmacy has the medication in stock before scheduling the appointment. 
We do not offer compounded medications at this time.

No refunds will be offered for out-of-stock medications or issues with insurance coverage.

Will I be hungry or feel deprived?

The goal of our program is to create a sustainable lifestyle that allows you to have lifelong health improvement and results. Ultimately, while this includes ensuring appropriate serving sizes, it does not mean deprivation.

Will I automatically qualify for medications?

Not necessarily. We will evaluate your health and social history, discuss your goals and then work with you to determine the best way to ensure your success.

Do you take insurance?

At this time, we do not accept any type of insurance. We do not bill insurance. We cannot provide you with any specific information about the amount of reimbursement your insurance may provide. In addition, due to Medicare rules, we are unable to see clients who have Medicare for telehealth services.
